First time having my septic system pumped and they were great! Kelly in the office answered all my questions and my Sewer Tech, Bob Hall explained the process and answered my newbie questions about pumping my sewer. Would definitely recommend them and will use them again!

Felix Septic is absolutely awesome, we've been using them for years. They are very accommodating and thorough. The office personnel is helpful, and the employees who come to the pump every year are always nice and very polite. Today, Tobey came to pump the tank and do an inspection. He was awesome!!!! He said an inspection wasn't necessary (how many companies would do that and save you money? Seriously), and showed me the ins and outs of the tank and leach field. I am so happy I now have peace of mind and a better understanding of how the system works. Tobey was so professional, so helpful, and obviously very qualified! Naturally, he did a great job with the pumping. I can't recommend Felix Septic more highly. I would never use another service.

Excellent, prompt service. Everyone was cordial. The service person could not pump my septic the first time he came because the cap hook had disintegrated. They sent someone the next day to replace the hook and came back promptly to complete the service. Highly recommend.

Felix Septic has the process down from the initial consult to clarity on what they need to start the project, and ultimately the finished work. Their pricing was very reasonable, they were on site when they said they would be and the crew and office staff were all excellent to speak with. This is a huge homeowner nightmare when you get the news the septic system has failed but Felix really did a nice job making the replacement seamless. They have all the necessary equipment and aren't subbing out any part of the process. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience and it's refreshing to see that Felix operates at the level that they do.

Our leach field failed and had to be replaced. Ryan and his team came in and replaced it. The man who replaced the leach field was very considerate of our property. He did not want to damage our paved driveway so they put down steel plates to protect it from the heavy equipment. When the job was complete, he cleaned up all the dirt from our driveway. At the same time, our septic alarm kept going off and the staff came in multiple times to troubleshoot the problem. Replaced our pump and finally had to replace the electrical wiring which was damaged. They were persistent and did not give up until the problem was solved. Highly recommended and will continue to use Felix Septic, as we have been customers for approximately 17 years and have never had a problem.

We had a septic leak, called Dave's Septic, and they referred us to Felix Septic as Felix's does the hand snake. They were here within an hour. Excellent customer service. Called and gave us a 20mins heads up. RUSS was very professional and helpful. Explained what he was doing, which was very helpful as this is the 2nd time our septic backed up. Also, explained to me that if his snake didn't work, we would have to call a plumber. Did all this PRIOR to pumping our tank, as this would be a couple of hundred pumps and still may not fix the problem. Thankfully, it did. But I really appreciated the honesty prior to doing the work.

I'm new to NH. Needed an emergency call for service. I spent all day making calls and leaving VMs because most did not answer their phones. Nobody could come out because they were too busy. He was able to find where the tank was in the yard with no problem and dug up the cover for us. I was curious about it all so I stayed while he worked and we talked the whole time.
